Yes, we arrive with all of our own cleaning supplies and equipment necessary to make your home sparkle and shine. We always use our own freshly laundered microfiber cloths to use in your home.

Yes, most of our products are environmentally friendly.

We do have some products with bleach as we find it is a very effective way to disinfect and sanitize certain areas in your home.

Our company is licensed, insured and bonded. This is protection within your home and your home's contents. We carry WCB coverage and our DeeDee Clean Team all have criminal record checks.

No contract necessary. We offer flexible one time services and ongoing maintenance services. The choice is yours!

That's completely up to you! Many of our client's prefer to not be home when we are cleaning. Whether they leave us a key, give us access to enter a code or let us in and allow us to lock up behind us. We of course welcome you to stay if you choose!

Yes! We are all about offering a 24 hr satisfaction guarantee. If something was missed, please notify us within 24 hours from your last clean and we will send the team back at no expense to correct the issue.

We use a secure invoicing and scheduling platform which sends you an email after every clean to accept all major credit cards or INTERAC e-transfer.

Of course nothing is expected or required from you as we are there to serve and to clean. Some things that may help save time and the clean go smoother is to pick up belongings off of the floor, minimize extra dishes and avoid extra movement in the house of people and pets if at all possible.

Yes, we make it an effort to have the same team service your home each visit. This will give you a chance to become acquainted and develop trust with your maids.
